1. WE LEASE AND SUBLEASE YOUR FLAT THROUGH OUR PLATFORM
We rent your apartment instantly for a period of at least 4 years! You enjoy a seamless rental experience with 0 vacant periods & rental payment on the 1st day of each calendar month. We sublease your apartment to students on a long-term basis & handle all the fuzz of the rental relation.
We take care of maintenance of your flat on a regular basis in order to keep it always up to our high-quality standard, we actually take care of it as if it was our flat !
2. WE FEATURE YOUR FLAT FOR RENT THROUGH OUR PLATFORM
We facilitate the rental of your apartment by featuring it exclusively οn our platform. We take up the whole marketing campaign for you, including HD Photography, 3D Presentation & HQ Video of the property & of the surrounding area. We then introduce your flat for rent through our platform, your flat is rented online & you enjoy a long-term lease with one of our qualified tenants. When your flat is rented & the contract of lease is signed, a success fee is applicable to the landlord. An annual management fee also applies should you wish that our company fully manages your property throughout the rental period, offering you a truly hands-off rental experience.
